Inventories

An inventory report is defined as the “Production of the schedule of condition”. This comprises a detailed description of the condition of each room and its fixtures and content, as well as extensive photos.
An inventory is always recommended to support any claim for damages etc. from the deposit protection scheme at the end of the tenancy.

Unfurnished

New Inventory Report for a typical unfurnished 1 bedroom flat starts at £110
(for a maximum of 5 rooms or “designated areas”).
Thereafter add £10 for each additional room / designated area eg. en-suite bathrooms, dining room, garage, garden, close etc.

Furnished

New Inventory Report for a typical furnished 1 bedroom flat starts at £125
(for a maximum of 5 rooms or “designated areas”).
Thereafter add £15 for each additional room / designated area

Rosemount Property offers an Inventory report only, as well as Inventory plus Check-In service.

Note: An inventory takes roughly 2 hours to complete and the check-in can’t occur until the inventory is completed
