Rosemount Property is a modern and growing independent residential lettings agency serving Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Perthshire and Angus.

We are experienced and successful portfolio landlords who genuinely love what we do having been involved in renovation, refurbishment and management of rental properties since 2001.

We have over 20 years “blue chip” corporate experience which has helped forge professionalism and competence.

We also have experience and insight gained through a number of years working in major franchise letting agencies covering Tayside (Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Perth and Angus).
